What happens when the proverbial Good Samaritan is a “bad man”?

When a prison transport bus overturns on a mountain highway, Rayo, a convicted murderer a third of the way through a twenty-year sentence, flees into the forest, putting significant distance between himself and the scene of the accident. He comes across a shack, and a young boy who has been left chained to a tree to die. Rayo is forced to choose between rescuing the boy, who seems all too familiar, and preserving his own precious freedom.
